On January 14, 2024, a program on capacity building for female researchers in STEM was organized in Pokhara, Gandaki Province, in collaboration with the Gandaki Province Academy of Science and Technology (GPAST). A total of 24 female researchers participated in the program. The head of GPAST, Dr. Dhaka Ram Bhandari, highlighted the status of female students and researchers in Gandaki Province. During the program, various activities on proposal writing, career counseling, networking and collaboration, and national/international career opportunities were organized.
