On December 16, 2023, a capacity-building program for female researchers in STEM was held in Bhairahawa, Lumbini Province. A total of 26 female researchers and students participated. The program included activities on proposal writing, plagiarism and research ethics, data analysis, career counseling, networking, collaboration, and national and international career opportunities.
