On April 6, 2024, a capacity-building program was organized in Bardibas, Madhesh Province, in collaboration with the College of Natural Resources Management, Bardibas. A total of 30 female students and researchers participated in the program. Various activities on proposal writing, journal writing, career counseling, networking, and collaboration, as well as national/international career opportunities, were organized during the program. Additionally, a presentation on how to combat imposter syndrome was also organized.
